Aluminum/XPS is good quality, thick aluminum, clips the pex tight, and the XPS is dense enough for underfloor usage. The EPS with foil is not as nice, the foil doesn't not follow the groove, so when you install the pex, you pierce it through the foil, so a minimal amount of the pex is in contact with the foil. All in all though, good products with no complaint.
